2. Licensing and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products based on the plan selected. Each license is valid for a specific number of websites as defined in the plan. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with others. The license grants you access to updates and premium features for the active subscription period or lifetime if a lifetime license is purchased.

3. Account Registration

Some Services may require account creation. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and Renewals

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Annual licenses automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscriptions will maintain the agreed price until renewal.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for new purchases if you encounter a technical issue that cannot be resolved. Refunds are not provided for renewals, lifetime licenses, or change-of-mind cases after access or downloads have been granted. 6. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive automatic updates and technical support during the license period. Support is limited to product-related inquiries and does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or server configuration issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All Relayout products, logos, designs, and code remain the exclusive property of Relayout Technologies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our products in any form. All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights are reserved.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including sharing or reselling license keys, distributing nulled or modified copies, violating applicable laws, or uploading malicious code. Violations may result in license termination and legal action.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://relayout.in/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Some Relayout products integrate with third-party services such as Elementor, WooCommerce, and social media APIs. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations of those external platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayout Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our Services. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license or account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. Upon termination, your right to use the product ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
